We also ask that our guests are treated with a flea and tick medication to protect all our guests from any unwelcome visitors. You can bring this along with you on the day to administer or purchase one from us on the first day of your cats stay if needed.
Should your cat become unwell during their stay at Brockencote, a Veterinary Surgeon will be consulted on behalf of the cats owners from your own chosen surgery. Any fees incurred will be the responsibility of the cat owner.
Should any medication be required by our guests during their stay, we will happily administer this at no extra charge providing veterinary assistance is not required. If veterinary assistance support is needed, then charges will apply.
Cats with infectious or contagious diseases will be refused check in to our establishment on arrival for the protection of all our guests.
Playtime is allocated to each guest on a daily basis, providing your cat wishes to partake.
Payment will be cash or by cheque. Cash on checking out of our establishment or by cheque when checking in.
Any change or cancellations to your booking needs to be notified at least 7 working days prior to checking in otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.
